Prices shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed personally before any payment is taken. Made-to-measure commissions begin production after consultation and, where agreed, a deposit.

Production times quoted are good-faith estimates; we communicate promptly if a commission needs more time.

Where a deposit option applies, the commission is secured with the agreed percentage and the balance is settled at final fitting or delivery. Payment methods currently include bank transfer and in-person payment; online payment will be added with the commerce platform.

Booking requests through the website are not confirmed until the atelier confirms them personally. Missed fittings without notice may delay production.

All designs, photography and text on this site belong to AC Designs unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under applicable Botswana consumer law.
